Seller Policy
Anyone could be a seller in Calypso Web Advertising Services. Some of the processes to register and become a seller on 'Our' (https://calypsowebad.com ) website are given below:
· First seller should fill out the signup form with detailed information about the seller through selling products from our website.
· Seller must be registered in PAN/VAT and provide PAN/VAT number. Even the homemade product/small entrepreneur is recommended to register their product in PAN/VAT.
· After registering Calypso Web Advertising Services will confirm the seller and they can log in with their email id and password.
· Your registration won't be accepted if the data provided by you is not genuine. Calypso Web Advertising Services hold the right to accept and terminate the registration.
· Seller should submit a softcopy of PAN/VAT certificate, citizenship certificate and full address on the website and hardcopy in our office.
· Seller should list their product by themselves providing all the relevant information and quality about the product on 'Our' website.
· Stock, Rate, Photo and Order must be managed by sellers themselves.
· If any customer buys the product, then the seller must issue a PAN/VAT bill invoice in the name of the customer including their address and attach it with the product after packing
· Seller will have to pack the order when the order is placed then Calypso Web Advertising Services team will pick the product from the seller and deliver it to the customer.
· If the seller has a delivery option then they can directly deliver some of their product to the customer.
· Seller should also include the commission on the rate of the product which is uploaded on 'Our' website.
· Commission will vary depending upon the product.
· Sellers should provide the commission as mentioned in the affiliate to the affiliates. It will be revised and the newsletter will be sent to the sellers for increasing the rate of affiliates.
· Sellers can set reward points. Each reward point is equivalent to Nrs 1 which needs to be paid to Calypso Web Advertising Services which will be ultimately given to the customers who have earned it while shopping.
· If the customer fulfill all the Return and Refund Policy, then the seller should accept that returned product. If the customer wants to replace the product then the seller should replace it otherwise refund.
· Seller will be paid online through a Bank transaction every 15 days after the product is delivered to the customer. So he/she should provide Bank details in the Seller Portal.
· Seller should have the responsibility for the quality of the product. If the product is damaged/defective/incorrect/incomplete/expire then the seller should contact the customer and deliver the product to the customer.
· Sellers should provide the commission as mentioned in the affiliate to the affiliates.
· We hold all the right to fix the commission for the different products. We also reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these Seller policies.
· We reserve the right to change/modify or terminate any service with the seller at any time. It will probably be based on any of these conditions.
